Seller Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 31, 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all shop owners and business operators who register on OneDukaan (referred to as "Sellers"). By registering, you agree to comply with these service terms.

1. Seller Registration & Account Eligibility

Sellers must be legally authorized to operate retail shops under local municipal regulations. You must provide valid business details, physical locations, and active mobile numbers.

2. Subscription Licensing, Grace Period & Suspension

OneDukaan provides catalog listing software on a monthly subscription model (currently set at ₹55 per month), which must be configured using an automatic recurring payment mandate (Autopay). Billing occurs automatically in advance every month. If a monthly renewal fails or the autopay is cancelled from the seller's banking application, the account enters a 3-day grace period. During these 3 days, storefront visibility remains active. If unpaid after 3 days, the system automatically suspends storefront visibility and hides listed products until billing is resolved.

Subscription cancellations must be requested by emailing support@onedukaan.shop or clicking the mail link in the seller billing console. Self-service one-click cancellation from the dashboard is disabled to prevent accidental disruption.

3. Pricing Integrity & Catalog Updates

Sellers agree to list items at fair market prices, accurately represent product packaging weights, and keep stock statuses updated. You are solely responsible for ensuring FSSAI/GST guidelines are met for groceries and food items.

4. Order Handover and Collection

OneDukaan does not route payout transfers or collect delivery payments from consumers. All transactions are handled directly between the buyer and you at the doorstep (COD or UPI). OneDukaan is not liable for customer payment defaults or failed doorstep collections.
