OneDukaan Seller Agreement

Last Updated: May 31, 2026

This Seller Agreement is entered into by registered local shop owners ("Sellers") who list their stores and inventories on OneDukaan.

1. SaaS Platform Provisions

OneDukaan provides digital listing tools, description generator models, notification engines, and a web console. We do not act as delivery operators, inventory custodians, or retail agents. All sales are directly concluded between the seller and the end consumer.

2. Subscription Licensing, Autopay & Suspension

Sellers agree to pay the flat monthly platform software licensing fee (currently ₹55/month) by setting up a recurring payment mandate (Autopay) via card or UPI. OneDukaan reserves the right to suspend storefront visibility and platform access if renewals fail or the autopay is terminated. If an auto-payment transaction fails, a 3-day grace period is provided before storefront listing is automatically suspended. Cancel requests must be sent to support@onedukaan.shop. The seller retains 100% of all doorstep COD collections with 0% sales commission.

3. Catalog Quality & Compliance

Sellers must list clean, legal, and unexpired groceries and items. Sellers accept full, sole liability for FSSAI compliance, quality guidelines, accurate packaging weight disclosures, and local trade licenses.
