Seller Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for fulfilling and delivering orders placed by customers to their coordinates. OneDukaan is a SaaS software platform and does not provide delivery drivers, logistics networks, or courier services.

2. Local Service Radius

Sellers can define their active delivery zone and radius (typically between 1 to 5 kilometers) from the Store Setup dashboard to ensure their delivery staff can reach the customers efficiently.

3. Slab-based Shipping Charges

The platform implements dynamic delivery charge slabs based on the cart subtotal to help subsidize seller delivery costs:

• Subtotal ₹0 – ₹99: Delivery fee is ₹30
• Subtotal ₹100 – ₹149: Delivery fee is ₹25
• Subtotal ₹150 – ₹199: Delivery fee is ₹20
• Subtotal ₹200 & above: FREE (₹0) delivery

4. Service Timelines

To maintain high customer retention and positive reviews, sellers are expected to pack and dispatch orders within 30 minutes of acceptance, aiming for delivery within 1 to 3 hours.
