At OneDukaan, we respect the privacy of our sellers. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and safeguard seller information when you register a store, configure catalog listings, and manage payments on our platform.

1. Store Owner Information We Collect

When you sign up as a seller, we collect your full name, store name, phone number, email address, password, store physical address, and latitude/longitude coordinates to map your shop to nearby shoppers.

2. Catalog and Sales Data Protection

Any data relating to your product inventories, pricing, custom Hinglish product descriptions, and sales analytics reports is private. We do not sell or share store-level pricing data, margins, or transaction logs with third parties or competing retail businesses.

3. Subscription and Billing Data

Monthly subscription payments for the ₹55 license fee are processed securely via encrypted API routes using compliant seller payment processors (such as Razorpay). We do not store full credit card details or bank passwords on our servers.

4. Disclosing of Information

We disclose only necessary store details (such as store name, address, contact number, and catalog prices) to customers in your service range to facilitate online order routing. We may disclose data if required by legal authorities under applicable Indian business laws.
